Confirmation of reservation:
The reservation is valid when you receive written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

Reservation cancellation:
The deposit is lost in case of cancellations communicated only 7 days before the arrival date and additional penalties will not be charged. For cancellations communicated at least 8 days before the arrival, the amount of the deposit can be recovered on a new booking within 360 days from the cancellation date. Under no circumstances the deposit can be returned to the client.

Delayed arrival and early departure:
In case of late arrival and early departure we charge the full amount of the reservation.

Terms of payment:
Any extras made during the stay will be charged to the room. The balance can be paid in cash within the limits of the law, debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).

Tourist tax:
Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2.30 per person per night from 14 years old for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourist tax is a contribution for the protection and development of the cultural and natural heritage of our territory.

Special offers:
Our offers cannot be combined.

Non-smoking rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking.

Beauty appointments:
We recommend booking in advance. It is very important to be on time to the agreed dates, otherwise the session of treatment should be reduced. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. In case of cancellation of the short-term appointment, 100% of the cost of the reservation is charged.

Bed and breakfast:
For the overnight stay with breakfast, 25,00 € will be deducted from the price of the half gourmet board.

Full board:
It will be possible to use the “à la carte service” by booking day by day.

Meals:
Meals not consumed will not be deducted.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
No charge for Christmas dinner and New Year’s Eve.

Junior suite for single use:
On request.

Arrivals and departures:
At arrival day the rooms will be available starting from 14.00. For arrivals after 18:00 we appreciate receiving your communication. The rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.

Day use:
for rooms that will not be reoccupied on the day of your departure, you can request the day use service which will allow you with an extra charge of € 60.00 per person (children under 12 free) to take advantage of the last day of your holiday. Included late-check out of the room until 6.00 pm, access to the spa and swimming pool area.

Late check-out:
with an extra charge of € 40.00 per person (children under 12 free) you can use the SPA and swimming pool area even on the day of your departure, leaving the room. There are changing rooms equipped with lockers and showers.

Room service:
Room service can be requested for a supplement.

Garage:
reserved parking space in the garage included (except for the Double Deluxe Monzoni rooms).

Dogs:
Dogs (max. 25 kg, no puppies) are allowed upon request with a daily supplement of € 25.00. Pets are not allowed in the common rooms, wellness center, garden and the owner is responsible for any damage to furnishings.
